Happy Monday y’all! Let me start by saying that I hope you all had as fabulous of a weekend as I did. I not only was reunited with 2 of my best friends<3 for a fabulous brunch and shopping date . . .
. . .but I also got to date night it with my hubby for the first time in FOREVER! (by the way – if you have never tried Longhorn’s (<— possessive, not plural, tri o tru<3) Firecracker Chicken Wraps?!, oh em to the gee are you missing out!! Delish.
We also got to spend some time with some of Ryan’s family and friends on Saturday evening annnd found ourselves another winning dinner from Pinterest on Sunday. . .Ranch Pork Chops in the crock pot! . . .
I don’t even like pork chops. But I love ranch…and I LOVE my crock pot…and I literally cannot wait for the leftovers tonight!

October is Herreee – After this week, I will have officially made it to October!! Definitely a victory in my book. I’m feeling a bit more settled at school, I’ve found a groove and a planning routine, and I’ve finally figured out a workout routine, too. After my post a few weeks ago, I didn’t know if I’d make it to October! 🙂 But I did. YAYYY for back to school craziness starting to simma’. 🙂 Besides – how fabulously wonderful is the crisp fall air when you’ve got pumpkin lattes to keep you company?! Love.
Altooonaaa Friday!!! <3 Um, it’s devastating to me that I haven’t seen my bride-to-be sister since the first week in JUNE?!? And I not only get to finalllly see her this weekend, but I get to see her to go shopping for BrIdEsMaIdS DrEsSeS <3 This matron of honor couldn’t be more thrilled for her gorge sister and is so excited to help her to check a few more to-dos off of the “what needs done before I become Jenna Rose” list. 🙂 EeeEEee!!
Can’t WAIT to be homeee with my sister and the birthday boy. <3 Fact – they take better pictures together than we do 🙂 #it’sfine. I love them both. Friday couldn’t happen soon enough!
Hubby’s Birthday / DeX<3 Schroeder’s birthday is this Sunday 🙂 2 dates in 2 weekends?! yes please <3 anddd we get to celebrate Sunday night with the NEWEST SEASON OF DEXTER!! We got Showtime just for the fall (just for Dex) so this is an open invite to the “Dexter party at the Schroeders” every Sunday night at 9. 🙂 I don’t stay up past my bedtime for many, but for Dexter Morgan? YUP!
Top all of that off with DWTS premier tonight and Thursday night dinner plans with friends, and this is shaping up to be an absolutely perfect week!! I’ve got NO pits to report 🙂 I’m stickin’ with the peaks!
